*Recon Performance Gear will accept your return if you are not satisfied
with your purchase; must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in like new
condition. Full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping cost will be applied once items have been inspected. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST WHEN RETURNING THEIR ORDER.

*Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited
for the item’s purchase price in the original form of payment.

*Any other return/exchanges will fall under the Recon Performance Gear policy for merchandise exchange.

In the event that your package is lost or marked as 'delivered' but not received, we understand the inconvenience this may cause. As per our shipping policy, in such situations where the United States Postal Service (USPS) experiences an issue with the delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to initiate contact with USPS and file a claim.

To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request that you reach out to USPS to submit a claim for the missing package. Once you have obtained the claim number, please contact our customer support team at info@recongearusa.com and provide us with the claim details. Rest assured, upon receipt of the claim number, we will promptly reissue another order for you.
